She strives to uncover the root cause(s) of her patients’ ailments before customizing an individualized plan to address their unique needs. She utilizes the best of well-known medical therapies, nutrition, exercise, mindset training, lifestyle adjustments, as well as a variety of complementary and alternative healing methods where appropriate. She enjoys empowering her patients to take ownership of their health and live their best life!

She loves being a mother to an energetic, fun-loving boy. She spends her free time with her family and friends, running long distances, playing with her two dogs, and eating “Tex-Mex.”
