A: That depends on two important factors: your insurance and the type of practitioner with whom you are working. You should check with us for specific details.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, we take all major credit cards including
Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Payment plans are available through CareCredit.com
Q: What are the qualifications of your providers?
A: All our providers are fully certified. Depending
on the provider and specialty, this may include
board certification, and other specialty certifications.
It may also include additional training such
as fellowship training. For more details, see

Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: You have two options. First, you may telephone
our office at 303-708-0246 between 8:00 am
and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

form, and we will call you back to schedule
the appointment.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are open from 8:00 am
to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Q: Do you accept Medicare?
A: Yes
Q: Do you accept Medicaid?
A: We do not accept Medicaid at this time.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes. We work with many insurance providers. Please contact your individual insurance provider to determine if we are in their network.
